  Flights across international borders are no longer limited to the major airlines only. Over the years a number of relatively smaller airlines have come on to the scene and provided competition for these big airlines.

  This competition has been good for those that use air travel for a number of reasons. The first one being that this has resulted in a lowering of the airfares across the board. Any airline that is charging extremely high prices is likely to be avoided or boycotted altogether. This has also forced the airlines to improve on the service to passengers during flights. That’s why you now find that most airlines now compete in terms of service rather than airfares.

  This information can be obtained from where ever you choose to make your reservation. Alternatively there are sites that have what is called a flight finder tool. On this flight finder tool you will enter the dates, destinations and times of your intended trip. After filling in the required information when you hit the search button, all the available flights matching the information that you put in will be displayed.
